• Upload PDFs solely for the purpose of using the service as intended.

Prohibited Activities:

• Do not upload any sensitive or confidential information.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Do not engage in activities that disrupt or harm the service, its users, or its providers.

You agree not to export or re-export the Service or its components in violation of any applicable export control laws and regulations.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the use of the Service and to use it only as necessary to provide or use the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The service, its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded files) are the property of MB "The web finder".

User Content: You retain ownership of any files you upload to the service. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process these files solely for the purpose of providing the service. Additionally, you fully own the CSV and/or JSON files generated by the service after processing your uploaded files.

Restrictions: You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary assets without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and for demo purposes only, without warranties of any kind. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the demo program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
• Issues arising from third-party AI services used in the processing of your files.
• Consequences arising from the use of data extracted by the Service, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations in the extracted data. It is the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy and suitability of the outputs for their intended use.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Data Processing

We temporarily process user-uploaded files to generate outputs. The uploaded PDF files are not stored by us. All files are processed temporarily and sent to third-party AI providers for processing.

7. Third-Party Services

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that third-party AI providers process uploaded files. MB "The web finder" is not responsible for any inaccuracies, delays, or issues resulting from these providers' services or compliance with applicable laws.

While we strive to work with reputable providers, we are not responsible for their actions, performance, or compliance with applicable laws.
