We do not collect any metadata (e.g., file size, upload time) or other personal data unless explicitly stated.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to provide and improve the Service:
- Email Address: To facilitate login and to contact you regarding the Service.
- Uploaded Files: To process and generate CSV/JSON files for your use.
- Extracted Data: To display the extracted fields and confidence scores to you with the ability to edit and download the processed data.
- Customer Support: To provide the Service and any related customer support.
- Feedback and Inquiries: To respond to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions.

- Email Addresses: Retained only for as long as you use the Service. If you request deletion, we will remove your email address promptly.
- Uploaded Files: Not stored or retained beyond the processing period.

You use the Service at your own risk. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Service or email. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our database.
